Return Window
You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Conditions for Return
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return
Return Shipping
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item without tracking.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
